Our dedicated massage therapist is skilled in:
Swedish Massage
System of long strokes, kneading, and friction techniques on the more superficial layers of the muscles, combined with active and passive movements of the joints. Used primarily for a complete body treatment, promotes general relaxation, improves circulation and range of motion, and relieves muscle tension.
Reflexology Massage
Zone Therapy organized around a system of points on the hands and feet that correspond, or "reflex" to all areas of the body. Specific treatment with complete body affects: promotes relaxation, increases circulation, and aids in maintaining homeostasis or balance of the body.
Deep Tissue Sports Massage
Focusing on maintaining proper function of the soft tissue structures by using deeper work such as Trigger point, Friction Massage, Rocking and Compressions, and Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation (PNE) techniques. Regional work or in combination with complete body treatment aids in decreasing muscle pain and soreness, prevention of injury and loss of mobility, decrease change of re-injury.
